I won a Syntace stem on eBay a few weeks ago. It arrived and it looks like some parts are missing from the supposedly 'new in box' item. According to the picture on Syntace's site, I was supposed to receive two pads (red in the picture) and four black washers that sit between the stem body and the clamp. Is this what really comes with the stem? I did not receive the washers, and only one pad was in the box...

{I assume the seller listed the same model you show the picture of?)
I think the setup from Syntace comes as shown in the photo, and that is a beautiful stem!
