i like the hoods high on my cross bike......just my thing. i have actually used the KCNC post for 6 months now...even on MTB trails and it has been fine! i only weigh 145 and ride smooth, maybe that helps
to go faster....just pedal harder!

i just cut the drops down a bit...I don't use the drops in cross racing

IMO you have much more control when in the drops. Especially for descents.

i actually used zip ties and it holds perfect even for mountain biking.........
to go faster....just pedal harder!

Nice ride, but I'm definitely with the person above that the handlebars are weird, and I know they would never do in the races around my neck of the woods.

why are they weird.....the drops are just trimmed down. i have raced on the bars for 2 years now in the elite division. i have never used the drops in a cross race, so why not save 40 grams!!

Yeah, I feel much more stable in the drops on fast bumpy descents.
