Tiso's smart move would be not overcharging for this, but making it as cheap as possible and cutting into the big three's market.

It's only a matter of time before we see Di2 wireless with a small battery integrated into the FD and RD.

Wireless is for posser value. It looks better to be wireless. But unless you can justify the extra weight then why bother with the extra cost?

Why to SRAM and shimano sell sooo cheap to OEMs? Because then they can sell spare parts.

That said battery technology has come along since shimano released Di2 so they need to decrease the size and weight of their battery. I can also see a point in having an after market only battery which has half the capacity for those who want a race day only battery.

Anyway back to the Tiso- what do Tiso charge for the RD and FD currently? The 12 speed stuff will be expensive because it will be such low volume manufacture, let alone the Tiso profit margin.

they have nothing

basically they have a motor controled rear mech and like any motor controled mech (DA, Ultegra, campy) you can make it move in as many steps as you want 1, 10, 12, 20. Unless you have a 1, 10, 12 or 20speed sti,chain and cassette whats the point

They could just go with a 135mm spaced hub and would have plenty of space for another cog and run an 11spd chain!!!!!

That's a small boutique company. The prices on their parts reflect production cost rather than lacking "smart".

To know they have nothing, you would have to know a lot about the parts right?

So what parts were there that didnt get shown? What battery standard are they using (different from the unit housed) and why? What transmition standard for the shifters?
