It's from my first 70.3 race earlier this year. I went with a single down tube bottle and just grabbed new bottles on the course. Worked fine.

I would use some wrapping tape to fix the BB cable, that routing isn't very well designed. Anyway it seems a very fast TT bike

No, that's the rear brake cable. It has to stick out a bit to reach the cable. I guess it looks weird and isn't as aero as a totally hidden routing, but it's in air which has been well-stirred by the wheel and the brake works, which is generally a good thing.
