Rides really good. I had an aluminum frame with BSA BB. This one much stiffer but still confortable. I don't have any problems actually with the BB30.

Why not make up your own logo and get them printed? The [De] Rosa decals are tacky, IMO.

You'll love it!
I have a PedalForce/Neuvation/Speedplay setup too!
(But mine is a QS3 and I am using Speedplay Zeros)

This is my second season on mine. No complaints at all. If I wrecked the frame tomorrow I would replace it with another PF in whatver group buy came up soonest. ;)

I like the decals. I would name mine a "Spinarello" or a "Freddy Merckx"

I will probably do that....replace the O heart shaped by an ordinary O and take out the heart on the forks. "Rosa" stands for "red"

In Italian? Erm, no.

"Rosa" stands for pink.

"Rosso" or "Rossa" (masculine/feminine) stands for red. Note the extra "s".
Road bike: Cervelo R3, Campagnolo Chorus/Record mix...
Supercommuter: Jamis Renegade...
Oldie but goodie: De Rosa Professional Slx, Campagnolo C-Record...
And you can call me Macktastik Honey Pete Kicks, thank you.

Made a lot of progress on my build today.

Installed the BB, Crank, Cassette, RD, FD, Shifters and Brakes.

The FD was a pain to install and the cable took a beating. I will be replacing it before the first ride.

It shifts perfectly on the stand.

Pedals are temporary MTB pedals just so I have something to spin the crank with.

HAAAAAA! PINK! I'll take the O completely.... it will become R SA

@markrj What is FD and RD? Did you let the plastic guides in the frame?

FD = Front Derailleur
RD = Rear Derailleur

The nylon through frame cable routing guides were slick. Little tubes to guide the cable through the frame. The first one was crushed so we had to basically push the cable through blind and it just went in and through very smooth.

Okay that's what I thought but I don't understand why the FD was a pain to install...

Lots of adjustments. The cable was clamped and re-clamped more than a couple of times which broke a couple of strands.

I think I have it right now but I still want to replace the cable.

Here it is!

My first build ever. I have only been riding for about 1.5 years now. I decided a couple of months ago that I wanted to know as much as possible so I could do my own tuneups and repairs. I figured that I really could not get a better education than to build one.

First experience with Sram. So far I love it! Very precise shifting.

Sram Force w/Rival Brakes.
FSA OS 190 90mm Stem
3T Ergosum Pro Bars
Planet Bike Cork/Gel Tape
Specialized Romin Comp Gel Saddle
Used my old SPL platforms just for testing. Plan on going with Dura Ace or Possibly switching to Look or Speed Play.

No weight yet. I have to find a scale. I will update with final weight when I get the real pedals installed.

This build is not my WW candidate. I have another identical frameset. I plan on going all Red and using a Bontrager Race XXX Lite wheelset.

The garage door shot. ;)

30 mile maiden voyage today. Very strong cross and head winds. It just wants to go. I like it. I'm a Sram convert! I love the double tap and precise nature of the shifting both front and rear. Very stable even in heavy cross winds.

Had a great ride.
