Hey all, I wanna trim some fore weight off and wanna do it on somewhat of a budget! So no brake-set etc. (i love the saddle, its at 190g but i wanna keep that one!) Goal is to shave 100g or so and would appreciate some suggestions!

(I already changed the pedals to look titaniums: 6650g atm)

6.6kg is pretty light mate. If you want to shave more off than that you will need to get yourself a set of ultra light wheels. under 6.8 isnt as easy to achieve as most people think

What kind of budget are you dealing with? Since you mentioned no brakes and your seat post is proprietary your gonna have to get creative to shave 100g.
One thought is tires...it looks like your running Vittoria how much do they weigh?

You might get some grams back using I Link cable housing. Expander plug might also being something to look at.

Brakes, cables and check the weight of your handlebars and stem. It's hard losing weight on a budget when your bike already lighter than most.

yeah ur right, was thinking chainrings..but which..

the tires are 250 spot on n ride very buttery, but whtn they wear out im goin veloflex carbon..

budget wise....not gravitas range and id hate to get a compromise one...expensive stuff id rater wait n get proper (unless second had come along)

KMC chain? Recon cassette? Lighter stem (although that one is pretty light) and bars and tape? X Cross or Mt Zoom (they are the same) bottle cage.

You could buy a new frame that weighs 100 grams less ;)

Such a great looking build. Get some black chain rings and go ride the hell out of it.

For sure wouldn't replace the stem though. Looks like a stiff setup and I wouldn't do anything to compromise that for just a few grams.

That bike is not about being the lightest. Leave it alone. The things I'd change (to weigh less) you love. That is a good point to stop
