TRIGON FULL CARBON RIGID FORK Experience
Moderator: Moderator Team
I'm thinking about getting Trigon forks for my BH CB1/A95K frame.
Just wondered if anyone had purchased a fork (or similar) from eBay and been charged import tax or duties - specifically in England (UK). If so how much could I expect to 'fork' out?
Thanks
Alan

I got mine from Ebay from one of the Taiwanese sellers, (do a best offer to them, I got mine for around £100 including postage) had nothing on import tax or duties coming into the UK, however I think it was labelled as used bike parts of $10 value, fine if rec'd, useless if making a claim against any postal insurance!
Hope that helps

I also used Trigon's fork. All I can say is that truely gives performance.
Good choice but it's not as stiff as Ritchey. I also used Scott's racing fork turning into it a superb-MTB fork and I can say this is the best fork for MTB frames. It's nearly 430 gr. and very stiff. All you have to do is to find a wide front brake to support this fork...

Born in lust turn to dust, born in sin come on in!
Its been a while since I posted re this fork. Thanks for the new input. Great pics.
After some research (and as seen here in some pics), the below-headtube-spacer options out there seem to be:-
Cane Creek
S3 Plus 5
(+5mm)
lower stack height is 17.3mm
or
On One Smoothie Regular
lower stack height is 20.1mm
Which when installing the Trigon MC01, gets me close back to my original suspension fork A2C of 420/425mm.

That price could have been from 'bike.more', some time ago, when your exchange rate was better with Taiwan.
If i'd purchased a fork a couple of months ago when my exchange rate was at its peak, I could have got one for $185, rather than the current $210 AUD.
Some time ago I noticed that 'bike.more' had the best price, but he isn't selling the mc01 anymore.

Is there any differences between 2013 Trigon MC01 26'' fork:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/TRIGON-MTB-26-M ... 3f1dc82ed4
and older Trigon MC01 26'' forks:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-TRIGON-EX-F ... 4cfa352b4a
exept slightly new 2013 decal design? Which one is better ? ) 2013 version claimed weight is bigger! Any examples with actual weight?
Thanks!
