I've been trying to figure out how to track my progress/figure out what I need to approve on. Wondering what custom charts or other tips for data analysis not outlined in TARWAPM some of you use. Thanks.

Based on the fatigue profile concept I have 4 charts showing 5, 10 and 20sec power, 30, 60 and 120sec power, 3, 5 and 8min power and 20min AP, 60min NP and 90min NP.

I do track cycling so the L7 and L6 power is of interest to me. For most of the roadies and mountain bikers I look at L4 and L5 power as primary indicators of progress.
