I need a light aero wheelset. No disc wheel and things like that.
I need a high rim wheel that can be used at draft racing and at non draft, I'm doing triathlon..

Go for the best, Lightweights. Strong, stiff and very fast. Cost about £1700

okay.. but if we then say that money is a little problem!! 1000 € max.
You cannot go wrong with a pair of Zipp 404 tubular wheels. Aero, strong, great for road and tri races. I don't know how much they go for in Germany, but you can always pick up a used set on Ebay or you can order from a shop in Canada or the US and have them write "gift" on the overseas shipping form so that you can avoid paying taxes. I just solved all of your problems.
