I need a light aero wheelset. No disc wheel and things like that.

I need a high rim wheel that can be used at draft racing and at non draft, I'm doing triathlon..

Money no problem.

Go for the best, Lightweights. Strong, stiff and very fast. Cost about £1700 :D

You cannot go wrong with a pair of Zipp 404 tubular wheels. Aero, strong, great for road and tri races. I don't know how much they go for in Germany, but you can always pick up a used set on Ebay or you can order from a shop in Canada or the US and have them write "gift" on the overseas shipping form so that you can avoid paying taxes. I just solved all of your problems. :D

Go for the Reynolds Stratus DV or DV-UL KOM. They are lighter and stronger than the Zipp 404's.
