Recently the board software has been updated and there are some known bugs/failures:
- Avatars are currently not being displayed ✔ FIXED
- Tapatalk connection is currently broken ✔ FIXED
- Avatars cannot be uploaded ✔ FIXED

Please note that we will soon do some changes in WW board template design in case to get a fully mobile/desktop responsiveness board!

Although the web site title suggests otherwise, its not always about the weight!!
Sometimes a bike that is simply beautiful is just as interesting as one that is superlight - well to some of us at least.

Yup, it is a special bike, who cares what it weighs? It would look odd with a carbon fibre fork, just go with the original. I already have a Corsa Extra in the Telekom colours and it is not a light weight at all but it never fails to garner lots of attention when I am out on it.

I agree totally. With the latest Scott / Cervelo it needs to be pretty light to cut it on WW.
A vintage / retro tutti frutti steel bike? Weight matters not at all. It's all about how nicely it looks and is put together.
20lbs will be fine and it's not often I say that!

I hope you don't mind if I post up mine, I mentioned it a few pages ago and decided to buy it. The paint is rough but it was cheap so I took the plunge. It is a Corsa Extra made from Columbus TSX tubing, which I have never seen before. It has a number hanger so I guess that it was a race rig for someone back in the day which explains the TSX tubing. It came with a beat up Shimano 600 group on it but I popped on a Veloce group that I got for free and some Gipiemme Tecnos wheels that I also got for free just so I could get some saddle time on her.

So far, it is a great ride and I will probably upgrade to Chorus sometime soon. Not exactly a weight weenie but it is about 19lbs or so, TSX is really light.

Thanks guys, I am very happy with it so far. The handling is very smooth and the bike feels pretty stiff for steel. I have a similar steel race rig from the '80s, a De Rosa Professional, and the Merckx is a little more jittery, probably because of the angles, the De Rosa is a little more comfy. The wheels are pretty flashy for this bike but dang, they are really light. They are Tecnos Pro 716s, which I know very little about.
