I haven't weighed my Poggios in a few years, but they are probably ridiculously light by now considering both heels have worn down through the carbon to the shoe casing... They're still so comfy, and they are actually a little quieter when walking around and have a bit more grip on most surfaces.
@PDXWheels, those weights are with insole?
1 shoe, with stock insoles.

I just received my 40.5 Giro Prolights-- the pair is 399g with the supernatural insoles included. Back in the 90s, I had a pair of Carnacs that probably weighed twice that much!

You need to weigh both shoes. My Bont vaypors are different weights. 7 grams different between the left and right one.

LOL my pedal stroke has been thrown off for a while. I'm hoping the weight difference gets it back on track.
