I haven't weighed my Poggios in a few years, but they are probably ridiculously light by now considering both heels have worn down through the carbon to the shoe casing... They're still so comfy, and they are actually a little quieter when walking around and have a bit more grip on most surfaces.

I just received my 40.5 Giro Prolights-- the pair is 399g with the supernatural insoles included. Back in the 90s, I had a pair of Carnacs that probably weighed twice that much!

You need to weigh both shoes. My Bont vaypors are different weights. 7 grams different between the left and right one.

Gum, certainly you have balanced the shoes. That would throw you pedal stroke off

LOL my pedal stroke has been thrown off for a while. I'm hoping the weight difference gets it back on track. :D

Are these actual shoe weight or they are numbers you got off the manuf. Web site? Thanks for the info and effort.
