Yesterday i go on descent around 4km long and at the end 12%
Corners were prety sharp...so i brake hard on them...at the end there was high tone from brake pads/rims and braking was less efective. Is that warning sound rims are to hot (overheated)?
I use reynolds Strike 2011 and their blue pads
Reynolds Strike- warning sound ?

Not sure what pads you have. I have Strikes w/Swiss Yellows. The pads glaze over, after a heavy thermal load on them. Once they do, brakes are much more prone to squeal. I clean them w/sand paper stapled to a block of wood.
I have blue brake pads from REYNOLDS

Check the brake surface on the rim for trueness. Last year I was in Trinidad for vacation took the bike with me equipped with my reynolds attacks. On some crazy mega descents dodging crazy local motorist at 60mph. Alternating between front and rear break not to over heat the tubes I was told to do "By bird boned mountain men" my front wheel was worped. I had a small bulge on the break surface like a high spot. Reynolds would not warranty them after 2 months of use. There wheels are poor quality in my opinion and i have a lot of wheel sets to compare them too.
