awesome looks good .. what about removing the HED decal ?

How about HED decals in yellow? :D Looks great now, but with yellow stickers on wheels, it would be perfect!
A light bike does replace good fitness.

I'm going to ride them white white decals for now. When/if I get bored with them then I will either get new ones made in yellow or black or remove them completely.

looks awesome. Are you happy with that lever position though? May be the angle of the photos, but it looks awfully low.

It probably a bit of the angle of the picture and the shape of the bar combined. I suppose I could go a little higher but I like them where they are based on my initial setup when I built the bike. We still have snow on the ground so I haven't had a chance to fine tune the fit yet.

Do you have the matching Yellow Prevail;, and Maillot Jaune?

The bike came out great, but it just screams Fred. Sorry, but it does.

Mine has Mavic Cosmic Carbones with yellow stickers and Campagnolo SR11. I love my project yellow!

I can see where the "Fred" remark comes from, as the bike is just as loud as it's awesome, but it shouldn' be too bad as long as you're not actually rocking a maillot jaune replica :-)
