Nice decision on the Ti bolts!
It's the big and little stuff that conspires against our scales.
By the way, will the BTP FD hanger work on your Madone? See "shifting" on this link.
It worked on my 1st gen Madone, which I sold. If it'll work for you, I'll give it to you.

Looking to get some Stan's 340s on Tune hubs eventually. Maybe end of March...

Just waiting on my Red cranks to arrive and then it's build time!

Nearly the same parts as I have, should save you a bit of weight
Partly tuned the force rear derailleur
Before
After
Still need to get some new pulley bolts, pinch bolt, adjustment screws and maybe hollow pivot bolt but no idea how to remove that!

Looking good, I should be hoping for similar weight savings but I went the KCNC alloy jockey wheels that were 18 grams for the set.
Finally got around to weighing it.
Frame build
Full front Wheel
Full rear wheel
4797 + 1004 + 1510 = 7311g
7311g (Current weight) - 809.5g (savings on the way) = 6501.5g

Jason at fairwheel will be making them, they're just waiting on the extralite hubs to arrive. Should be built next week.
Hopefully I'll get them by mid April as they have to ship to UK.
