This is not a CR1, but my Roubaix Pro. It is build for racing, so components must be tough.

Frame and Fork: Specialized Roubaix Pro size 54.
Rear Der.: Record Ultra with Tiso pulley wheels and Ceramic hybrid bearings
Front Der.: Record Ultra
Levers: Record Ultra
Crankset: Dura Ace
Brakes: Mavic
Cables: Nokon

Wheels: Reynolds Stratus Dv / Campa Shamal (black)
Tires: Conti Sprinter
Cassette: Bear Bone Titan/Scandium/7075 alu. 11/21.
QR´s: Joytec titan
Bars: GASS Pike
Stem: ITM Millenium 120mm
Pedals: Speedplay Zero Stainless
Cages: New Ultimate
Seat: SLR
Bartape: Fi:zi:k

Congratulations on a really nice bike. Good to see a bike built to do the job but which still looks better than most.

I love them. They are light, rather stiff and sturdy. Sadly I have had some problems with the rear hub. And it is still not in mint condition. The old White Industries hubs are preferable.
I am thinking of changing my rear hub to a WI this winter.

They are definitely worth the extra weight.

I bet an LTA could be built with a titanium axle weighing about the same as the DT 240 roads too.

well done. only black/silver.... looks really good. and the roubaix-frame isn't uglier as the tarmac

Awesome bike.. I've got the same frame with the stock components (DA and ksyriums) which I use for long-distance riding. I like what you've done though. There's a reason this frame is used by proteams, great comfort but very stiff still. IMO better then a CR1 and at least you get a replaceable derailleur hanger!

nice bike mario...it sure looks like a strong reliable setup. cant get used to the DA cranks on the record drivetrain though...got to get rid of some paradigms first...

Thanks.

I know at least 10 riders here who has Record grouppo with DA cranks.
I have used a SRAM PC 89 Hollowipn, DA10 and now a Campy 10sp chain. The latter two works perfect, the SRAM almost perfect.

The shifting is as good as with any of the two alone.
