Those new model Crud mudguards look great. It's a pity they cannot be used with all frames. For example, I could not fit the old ones to my Cervelo S1: they fit nice during the bike build, but from the first ride they started to rub the tyres. They seem to be too narrow for 23mm tyres, that quite often are wider than the nominal width.

I am afraid I might end up with the same problem... Back is fine but front is very tight. Had to play around with my girlfriends hair dryer to warp the plastic mudguard a bit (not anything I would recommend if you want to keep the warranty on them) ...

Someone's winter bike are close to my "summer bike" :) Winter came to Slovakia, too, and I'm ready, but have no picture yet.

I gotta agree on that what constitutes as winter for some folks, is a still a decent summer day for someone else... ;) Nice bikes though, but unless you don't ride in snow - it's just not winter :)

Some quality winter bikes here. Gotta say the those Fizik seat bags look horrible though.
Glad to see some decent fenders for road bikes. Still like my old Planet Bike ones with the rubber bands.

what fenders did you end up using on your s1? My current winter/rain bike is a cervelo slc and I'm looking to put some fenders on

I ended up using the Crud Roadracer fender in the back. I could not fit it under the brake bridge as it is supposed to, so I installed it *over* the bridge and the brake. Actually it does not look as bad as it sounds... The fender is attached using the provided stays and the re-usable plastic band. I did not install the front fender, as I could not make it fit nicely.

According to some instructions I found the Crud Roadracer fenders should fit to any bike that has 5mm space between the tyre and the rear brake bridge or front fork. The tip is to measure the space using a 5mm hex key. With my size 58 Cervelo S1 there is not enough space to fit the hex key between the tyre and bike, neither in front or in the back.
