Anyone have any experience with this wheel?
I've had a hard time establishing the actual weight, as I've heard their
website leaves out various hub parts from the weight claim. The WW
listing is for a track version. Anyone know what a Shimano 8/9 version
weighs?
thanks in advance, Jens

I talked to someone who used it, said it was the flexiest wheel theyve ever ridden. And its not durable.
Havnt yet riden one, but the 3 I have seen/played with were being used by visiting Japenese Kiren riders (all regular sub 11secs) so flex cant be to big of a problem.
They are also translusent (slighly see through) so with the sun behind you, your other foot can be seen on the up stroke - takes a second look from the infield to work out whats happening.

Success is how far you you bounce back up after being knocked down
Well I got one and can answer my own question:
963 grams complete with shimano 8/9 compatible
hub.
The bearing on non-drive side is sealed, the other
side has cup and cone and loose bearings. The weight
above is for the whole thing unassembled, so
it does not include grease, etc.
