I have a Felt F1 and I want to buy my friends Shimano SRM off his Scott Addict. As I understand it, the Felt is a BB30 and the Scott is a pressed in/threadless type BB. Do you guys know if it is possible for me to use the SRM off the Scott on my Felt? Is there a bearing kit I will need?

Why not just get the adapter to run the Shimano crank in your BB30 frame?

Here is a link to the Enduro BB30 to Hollowtech adapter kit that would probably work for your SRM:
