Some very nice Addicts. I'm fairly new to the forum and I'm keen to post a few pics of my Addict. Can someone give me a quick dummies guide to uploading photographs to a post. Thanks.

I think the black / white color scheme was the best of '10. Nice bike.
The yellow R1 doesn't do it for me and the red R2 is only ok.

Ok first time I've uploaded an image to the forum so I'm not sure whether there's actually going to be a photo or just a load of fresh air! Anyhow - hopefully - this is my Addict.

You have to use the 'direct link, copy it. After that you click on 'Img' in the text area, right in between the two sections you place the link (without the ~):

@felipedana, wow! What a nice picture and what a true, clean race bike! I really like it!
Very many thanks for you help jipperd. I’ve posted another couple of shots of the bike, this time with my race wheels fitted. I’ve been riding Colnago frames since 1999 but I saw this Addict on ebay about 6 weeks ago and bought it, really on the spur of the moment. It’s a 2009 R3 used for less than 200 miles and the guy was moving abroad. Paid £680 for it which I thought was a pretty good deal. Little longer in the top tube than Colnago and not as good a finish but it must be the most responsive frame I’ve ever ridden. In a race situation it can’t be faulted. Completely blows me away!! I built it with very little attention to weight and it’s still only 6.75kg. Brief specification:
Frame: 2009 Scott Addict R3
Gruppo: Shimano DA 7800
Chainset: Rotor 3D cranks with TA chainrings
Chain: KMC SL
Bars/stem: Deda Zero
Brakes: TRP 950SL
Race wheels: Williams 58 carbon tubulars
Training/sportive wheels: Tune Mig/Mag on IRD Cadence Aero 20/24 Sapim Laser
Saddle: Selle Italia SLR XP
2011 will be my 35th year of racing so I was originally thinking of treating myself to a new Colnago – maybe the M10. But now having ridden the Addict I’m not so sure. Maybe a 2011 R1 with Campag SR11… Depends what colour scheme is available next year, I’m not too fussed on the present R1 in HTC Columbia livery. Anyhow watch this space!

Nice detailing on that Addict Liam!
Here is mine and the fork gives an idea what the frame will look like after the winter. After this picture was taken I have chopped the excess steerer tube and installed a B-T-P seat clamp (thanks mdeth)

If you want to see 'meh' content of me and my bike you can follow my life in pictures here!'Tape was made to wrap your GF's gifts, NOT hold a freakin tire on.'
Frankie-B thanks for that, have you been watching the ENECO Tour?
Pimpdaddy - is that an R1 and how do you find the Di2? Could you post a few photos of the wiring harness routing? Ta.
