I need to figure out when I'm going to mount it up. Might wait and get a new cassette and chain. I'll try to weigh it 8)

heh, heh, heh- now if it would just hurry up and get here! It always happens this way- you resign yourself to sticking with what you've got long-term, and then you get an offer that's so good you can't say no. Looks like the cr1 will go up for sale after all.

It's nice to have club kit that isn't totally fugly (IMO). The colour is bright safety pylon orange, but the colour rendition on my iPhone is terrible. Too bad it clashes with my blue themed bikes and my blue helmet. Then again, it's almost a good enough excuse to replace the Propero and go back to my trusty old Bell Sweep in white.

Ritchey WCS stem 120mm 125g
Syntace carbon bars 42cm 170g

I was surprised at how light the Ritchey stem was. It's very light for an alloy stem. It's also very cost effective. Similarly weight carbon fiber parts are double or triple the price.

I love this thread. So much cool stuff.

(I also hate it just a little bit trying to keep up!)

Lizard Skins Race DSP tape. Uncut and straight out of the package @ 54g. Two plugs add another 7g. Therefore, the grand total is 61g.

My slightly heavier DSP tape has been awesome, but this is lighter. And you know what they say about lighter!

Last week, I bought a Specialized Tarmac S-Works SL3 frame set. Mid-week Bought Gravitis Carbon Brakes and Zipp crankset. Yesterday bought some Zipp 404 clinchers. Maybe end of the week : Dura Ace DI2 kit and Dura Ace 9700 Cassette. Cash are still wet, need to dry faster.
