Almost a must have at that price I can't wait to see one in the flesh. Is the quoted weight for a MED size?
The frame weight is for a bare frame. So what does that mean? Is the frame naked carbon with a gloss? So I wonder how close the real weights will be. But this is a great deal of a bike.

You're missing the fact it has an oversized/tapered front end
is it 800g size small, no paint, no der hanger or cable stoppers? (the way frame weights have a tendency to be weighed these days...)

Its on my short list for 2011. Need a new bike badly
Seems like a competitive price for the feature list. Wonder if the geometry is the same? They sure don't give you much head tube on the '10s.
I'm not Superdave, but I can say in the past that Felt's weights have been fairly optimistic and usually are for unpainted frames with hardware.
Felt has also redone their geometry slightly for 2011, I believe the headtubes will be slightly longer, and there will be 51, 54, 56... since their current small offerings are very similar in stack and reach they are just merging them I believe.

Still not bad for a frameset. Even if it comes out to weigh in the mid to upper 800's, it still competes strongly against the C-Dale SuperSix Hi-Mod which costs +$400 and would weigh slightly more. Obviously this is just based on weights and cost. Will have to wait until people get to ride it and give reviews before we can know for sure.
But it sure looks like Felt is going in the right direction and trying to make a quality bike with the new features (bb30, tapered head tube, carbon sleeve) and build process. Can't fault them for trying to make a better bike.

You can pick up an addict frame for 1900 aus$, way cheaper and lighter!
Well you know sometimes there are more important things in a frame besides weight. While Scott might be known for light/stiff frames, they aren't known for being overly comfortable. Plus Scott's for the most part have ugly paint jobs imho.
