Yes, will try to go under 16lbs but how not to loose durability :noidea: What would you swap? Thanks for the compliments.

Nice job! If you want to go lighter maybe some Clavicula cranks and carbon rims like Innolite XCC250. Not sure how they run tubeless though.

Get your Koncept out here so we could suggest something  Mine still awaits the Ax-Lightness crankset and I'm planning to upgrade the wheels, besides few minor things to be changed :D

Hi, how do you rate the Innolite rotors? Can you compare them with the performance of Scrub rotors? And where did you get the Lire Carbon parts?

Partlist updated in 1st. post. Below a list of upgrades as well.

I have not tried Scrub rotors. Innolite are fine when used with correct pads. Not a raceday rotor btw; as you would like more performance out of it then. I'm not 100% satisfied that's why soon(hopefully) I'll upgrade to Titanium rotors of very similar weight.

Lire Carbon parts are made by my friend. He does seatposts, bottlecages, barplugs, bar-ends, seatclamps etc. Contact info on PM if interested.

Shimano Dura Ace 11-27 cassette with some xtr cogs + Soul Kozak aluminium 11,12 cog -46.9g

Ti frame bolt changed to aluminium - 2.4g

RS Monarch>DT Swiss XR - 84.5g
Not mounted yet. Waiting on frame bushings.

Crankset upgrade will have to wait until spring. In the meantime I might consider lighter wheelset. So far small pieces to shave a bit of weight.
