Nice weight with not any exotic component.
I like the graphics a lot as well.

Thanks Micky,
no exotic parts, only classical beauty. And even in this case I'm still slightly under 7 kilos.
I'm surprised.
I really look forward to riding that beauty.
Ciao!
btw : actually I'm living in Milan but I was born in Thiene.

Benvenuto!
As Juanmoretime stated, I am issuing you a yellow card for that Shimano stuff on a Colnago.
Jokes aside, that is a fantastic bike. Bravo. Complimenti.
Oh, and happy birthday!

Nice bike and I'm sure you'll love it. Colnagos just seem to work well. Since my Colnagos are both a little over 17 pounds with full Record 10 and reasonably light wheels, I'm surprised at the low weight.
I've been considering picking up an EPS (already have C40 and C50) for my 60th this year. The bad side about getting older is that although you have the money to indulge yourself, you're so slow you're embarrassed to ride the thing.
Enjoy it. It should be great for the gran fondo circuit.

Shimano vs Campagnolo.
I'm italian so I'm on Campagnolo's side, obviously.
I also have a Tommasini Steel frame with Campy Super record 11 and Campy neutron Carbon. I was proud to ride a total italian creature,but....... There is a "but".
I have to admit : coming from a Dura Ace 2005 on a Scott Cr1 Shimano is better. It's more precise more robust. No need to fix it for a long time.Maybe my judgement is influenced by the fact that I tried only the Super Record 11. Maybe the older Record 10 was better. I can't tell.
Now I will test the new Shimano. I'll see.
Thanks again and ciao!
