Thanks for all the comments! The bike is ready and the weight is actually 8380g now. I will switch to Rocket Ron's now, weight it and post some new pics.

EDIT: Edited first pics of the bike to this post, so i can allways post the newest ones in the first post. Here it was allmost ready. Just needed to cut the cables and rear brake hose.

Any suggestions for updates?

Chain: KMC X9SL Gold?
Cassette: Shimano XTR?
Wheels: http://www.r2-bike.com/notubes-tune-lau ... -king-kong <- What do you think of this set?
Forks: This is a big mystery for me. DT? Magura Durin SL? RS Sid Wc/XX Wc?

Hi, that is a great bike you have there!

That veloce derailleur is a great touch on it. Personally I would have opted for a different set of wheels straight away, but the ones you are eyeing right now are pretty darn sweet! Gold chains are bad in my book I'd rather have a simple silver chain on my bike. The KMC's are good though. You might as well want to try a Record 10 on it.
Forks wise I can't comment. I have been away from the mtb game for to long. Maybe some other guys can chime in with good advise.

The wheels came with my previous bike which i got for a very good price. Many other parts are also from that bike including the forks, brakes etc. If I would have bought the wheels separately i would have choosed a different set of wheels.

The FD is quite a tank at 124g. :D And i have problem mounting it close enough to the chainring because of the water cage bolt.

Nicest NoSaint i'v seen for a long time.
Did you buy it from Hobisport?

What are the FunWorks parts weights? Do FunWorks parts look durable?

For wheels i recommend Bontrager RXL, or something custom on DT Swiss 240 hubs.

I bought the frame from my local bike shop here in Finland. It was one of the last old frames from Bornmann and there were no stickers left so that's why the frame is without any stickers. The weight of the frame was only 995g!

Fun Works parts are pretty good deal for your money. I have had zero problems with them, they look good, weight little and cost little too! The QR Skewers are my second set from Fun Works and no problems with both of them. These ones i have now are pretty much same as Tune DC16+17. Seat clamp works fine, i use carbon paste with it on the seatpost. Managed to round the ti bolt in it using a torque wrench though. Seatpost has been good too but i changed the lower cradle of the clamp to Thomsons before first ride. Gives a little more support for the seat rails.

Weights:

Skewers 42g
Seat collar (34.9mm) 9g
Seatpost (31.6x350) 137g original, 149g with Thomson clamp
