Bingo^. Great wheels, great rims. Stiff as hell and seemingly bombproof. Light too. I'll get better pics up in a few days.

Are the rims sold separately? Sounds like the perfect rim to me and it a killer looking wheelset too.

You'd have to contact Troy himself and see if he will sell them separately. They are great wheels, incredibly stiff, very light and they spin up very fast. I like them a lot.

Nice bike! The Eastons look great on that bike! What kind of stem are you running there?

what wheels are those ?
Yeap you are correct.
Wheels are xr-270/ligero v2 hubs/sapim cx-ray spokes. Rims are ceramic-coated.

Me too. I beat you to it Quick pic from 6 months ago. Will post more eventually...
- Tarmac Expert Ultegra 2008, size 54cm (548mm top tube, 145mm head tube)
- Shimano Ultegra SL groupset with DA 7800 rear derailleur
- Bora Ultra Two wheelset
- Continental Competition tubulars
- -16 degree 100mm Specialized stem
- Bontrager Race XXX Lite 5mm setback 27.2mm seatpost
- Cateye V3 computer
- Specialized Toupe Team saddle
The seatpost was crap and failed to hold the saddle level. So I now have an S-Works Pave SL Zero inline seatpost (0mm setback). Next upgrade? SRAM Force groupset, lighter bars and bar tape. Currently weighs about 7.3 - 7.4kg but am hoping for 7.2kg after upgrades. Think I could just manage 6.9kg if I installed SRAM Red, lighter saddle, seatpost, stem and pedals but hey, this is only a mid-level Tarmac frame.
You can probably guess from the 0mm setback seatpost and the slammed -16 degree stem that I should've bought a 52cm frame!
Why is that?
