I just switched from Shimano to Campy. I purchased the Record braze-on front derailleur. My new frame doesn't have a braze-on.
I'm looking for suggestions for an adapter clamp. Also where would I purchase this clamp.

Surely you can just swap your braze on mech for a clamp on one...?
