Hello there,
I’m currently working on a project for the coming season. Still waiting for the frame plus fork to arrive but everything else is on hand. No uber ultra WW however I'm after a durable and solid setup and this should be cool enough. Can’t wait to get it built up. This will be the basic setup:

Spooky Skeletor 563
EDGE 1.0 fork
SRAM Red, Stronglight chainrings, Zero Gravity brakes, KMC chain
EDGE handlebars
Thomson X2 stem 130mm (not the most glamorous but I really like the design and the geometry)
New Ultimate carbon post + clamp
Selle Italia SLR Kit Carbonia
Zipp 404 tubulars / Mavic Ksyrium Elite

I will provide a more in-depth buildlist and photos when she is completed.Image

Love the Skeletor look. Really considering one of these for a crit build. It's between the Skeletor and the CAAD9 but I'm probably going to wait until Todd Carver does my fit in a few months (I don't think I'll be able to wait as I've been itching to pull the trigger on one of the two for two months already).

My team switched to Spooky's this season and while I only have 1 crit on it, it does feel like a tool not a jewel race bike. Stiff and ready for punishment. For the WW though mine came in about 25% over claimed weight(1250g vs 1000g)

Did you really think this plain old alloy frame would be 1000g anyway?

My team is switching to Spooky for the coming season too. And I agree, the weight of the frame is nothing extraordinary. In fact my Principia RS6e Pro comes in around 1160g. And that's a 2002 model!

Of course not. I'd rather just see 1250g for a 56 listed on the site.

I am sure a 54cm will be over 1,000g as well but to be somewhat fair the site lists the 1,000 for their 540 version. I think their site is one of the worst I've seen for a business in a long long time. I don't do website design for money and I'm certain I could build them a better site!

haha Ill be interested to see what mickey has to say about the website. Personally I enjoy it. It is not aiming to be the website of cannondale, specialized trek etc. It is random, yet organized. Enjoy your new Spooky, I cant wait to get one personally after seeing those of my coworkers.

Start buying the small bits before you get the frame its a real buzz kill. Your gonna need, threaded downtube adjusters, water bottle bolts, and the bottom bracket plastic cable router.

I'm pretty confused- Did I not ship you a frame or some such?
Drop me a line if that's the case, because that is freaking wack!

Story of my life! Apparently this dude was part of one of the sponsorship orders we did this winter. He left to go back to Norway before the frame was delivered. I've been wondering what the orange frame on the rack was for months.
