M2Racer.com, its a skewer but it's not quick release. 28grams for the pair, lightest ones I know of. I seem to recall an english company that was making something similar but I can't remember who.

I think Bold Precision skewers weigh about 50g for the pair. They also come highly reccomended.

There is also the USE spin stix. 55g for the Ti pair, also a pretty solid clamp mech. Similar to a skewer only but you don't need a wrench.
