Current weight?

Cabling is actually quite fun, unless you use powercordz.

I posted this at the bottom of the starter post, but in case you don't go back there, here it is.

Initial ride report (60mi this morning): I hate to gush, but this is an *amazing* bike! I can't think of a better descriptor than taught. Stiff, but with all the "dampening" character of CF. The 1.5" headset and Edge fork make for a solid, tight front end. The rear is very stiff also--making for crisp shift and solid braking. The whole bike is direct, connected--no shimmy, flex, wobble, nothing. I can't compare to other SOTA frames like Cervelo, or Scott, or Colnago, or Canyon as I haven't ridden them. But I've owned nearly 20 bikes in a 30 years riding career and this is the BOMB. One observation is just that--and I claim no statistical power to my observations, but I am one happy rider. I stole the diamond with this frame. (Oh, and to all those who claim this is a $400 Chinese frame, then lucky be all those that get something this good for that money...haha.)

Phil

I'm so glad to hear your ride report. Mine can't get here soon enough! There is a saddle that I am waiting on for the final build, but I may have to put a "loner" on if the frame arives early in the week!

Such a superb bike - really nice!
I am 99% sure my next bike will be a Neo Ultimate (in 1k finish though ->50g lighter) with THM Clavicula, Di2, KCNC brakes and edge rims.

but! Please change your Gore cables for something better - Yokozuna reaction perhaps. Your shifting will be SOOOO much better and your (almost) perfect bike will be .. well.. Perfect! :D

I just posted more photos of the final build in the first post at the beginning of the thread.
I invite you to check it out!

I am headed down to the Tour de Tucson later this week for the last big ride of the year, and the first big ride on this bike. Let's hope I tightened all the bolts and adjusted all the cables...

Cheers,

Totally sick build.
I'm considering getting an Ultimate DI2 and this thread is convincing.
Doubt mine will be that light, though!
Any more ride feedback?

Out of interest gandini, how tall are you and what is your inseam measurement?
I seem to be stuck between the 56 & 58 sizing.

What's the weight for the frame only?
