Tufo 40mm valve extenders are 2g each, 4g/pair. Scale verified.

I don't know particulars but I know that kcnc makes extenders. They're likely to be the to be the top of the heap.

I made a couple of carbon ones. They don't even register on my gram scale!

Well, there is the removable type...you screw it over the top of the , pump up the tire, unscrew it and put it in your jersey or tool pack.

They are not perfect, but they work.

Problem solvers are the lightest I have seen. The 33mm ones are less than 1g each!

No worries. In the US can find them for $5-9 per extender. Not bad at all.

I bought carbon tubing from a US maker called Dragon Plate. www.dragonplate.com. They make many different types of tubing and carbon in general. I machined it down on the one end to hold the pump head on and the other I just threaded with a die. It works fine if you do it slow. What is nice is that the tubing comes in long lengths and you can cut it to what you need. They end up casting you about 12.00usd total for both. I have tried to get some pics put up here, but it always says they are too big. Sorry. Hope that helps.
