is the visor glued on to hold it in place or does it need to come out so the helmet can be worn/removed?

I can easly remove the helmet when the glass is on. The visor is not glued into place but it is 'stuck' in the helmet. It sits pretty tight.
I found that there really wasn't any necessity to cut the sides of the visor. You just need to peel the ear flaps a bit further back.

****Hey! That looks really nice! It looks factory done! Does the visor stay in place even over bigger bumps and such?
