And the default language has been set to German. Yet the board language is English.

Also, can we get the old skin back?

Oh, come on man - this is a great way to learn some German ;)

I just learned the word (or phrase) for "reply"...

and now... "post"

You can change the language by going to the "User Control Panel"

Thanks for the hint regarding the language.
It seems like it didn't import the language settings from phpBB2 and instead filled in the language used during installation as default.
I just resetted the language to English for all.
You can easily set it back to the language you had used before (all languages available on the previous board are also installed).

Regarding the skin:
Unfortunately the old skin isn't anymore available for phpBB3, sorry. :(
I personally liked it better, too...

I especially like the "view new posts" ability.

Thanks! Great work.

This skin is very similar to the old one and is phpBB3 compatible:

Nothing wrong with this skin - change is as good as a rest.

I say keep it 8)

I agree, I don't like this skin at all. Please let us change it via the global settings to the subsilver2 skin. Thanks Florian.

Looks fine. Good job, guys.
It was funny, to see everything in German and find a way to change it through the user settings, not knowing the language. I liked the exercise. :D

Nice, you finally got a report to moderators button like I suggested to Frankie - B two months ago:

Much easier to report spam etc. this way instead of sending a PM to a moderator. And much easier for the moderators to handle too.

But there's one big problem since the upgrade. I can't add an image in [img] brackets anymore.

The best thing about the new forum SW, it's now possible to turn off all those annoying signatures, makes the forum much more readable.

I just get this erro message:
It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image.

Btw. it has become veeery slow to post after the upgrade. It takes like 10 seconds from you hit submit until something happens.

And why can't I go back and edit my posts anymore after a few minutes?
Would have just added this to my post above by it's not possible to edit that post anymore.
