Ooch!
Maybe I'll stick to the aluminum clamp from my wife's old SystemSix!?

Starnut,
It is a "team colors" frame.
The image is slightly out of date, the bike now has green brake hoods.

So is the general consensus that those of us with '08 SuperSix's, should jump on the new 2010 "hi-mod" SuperSix bandwagon? I just saw the other day that Cannondale has a frame exchange program where if you trade in your older frame, they will give you the new one for a slightly reduced cost. I heard from someone it was only like a 10% discount.. kind of weak.
However, if I happen to have the money to do so, I'm kind of on the fence on whether to pull the trigger for the hi-mod. Can it be that different? (only a test ride will tell....)

So might it be worth considering changing my CAAD8 for the 2010 HiMod?
Or would it be about the same in terms of stiffness and ride feel and control?
Thanks

So does anyone have a concrete answer on what's being taken overseas when?
I am being told that the 2010 CAAD9 will be made overseas, yet the person who I spoke with at Cannondale said that 2010 products like the CAAD9 and SuperSix will be made here in the USA while for the 2011 model year, everything will be made overseas. Anyone know for sure?
Turn down the suck knob.

I had yesterday 2010 prototype SuperSix in my hands. I was left alone with it for few minutes so I decided to put it on scale. In 56cm it was 972g with seat clamp, bottle cage screws, hanger and Liquigas paint. It's not yet a production version but really close I heard.

Regarding the frame exchange program on the 2009 Super Six Hi-Mod frames--Cannondale is sold out of these frames in all sizes. Many dealers bought a good number of the frames because the price was so good, therefore you might be able to source one from your LBS if you are in the US. Otherwise, you are likely to have difficulty. The new 2010 Super Six will hit next mont.
2010 CAAD 9 frames will be made in Pennsylvania. This is 100% the case.
