i got one tektro brake 162g per brake include brake pads and noodle/ rubber. Is it light?

I think it is 186g, or something like that! dont remember exactely!

weighted my daughter's SD7 and it weights average 182g (364g front and back). This is stock and includes everything (bolts, washers, pads, noodles...)
