I have had a pair of Shimano sandles for several years and I love them. Don't know how casual you are wanting to go. Also, what kind of cleats do you use? That will affect choices.

I say some really cool shoes a couple of years ago, I'm not really sure who made them, but I recall they had something to do with race face This does sound weird though, so maybe I'm wrong
Anyway, they were made of two colours leather and looked something like normal leather shoes. They would look great with cashual business dress! I will see if I can find pic tomorrow.

Shimano actually makes a lot of casual looking shoes that work with SPD.

Do they have to be road cycling shoes. With mtb pedals you open up more opportunities for "casual" cycling shoes with the benefit of being able to walk in them too.

Scott "Boulder" mens shoes would be my recommendation.
