I have seen 4 broken Arione's at the 'Wing Flex' point, where cracks have run from the cut outs to the centre. The rider's weights in these circumstances were all <75kg.
I am around 65kg, and I am yet to break one however. They are my favourite saddle, but I have only ever used Arione, Selle Italia C2, SLR, Flite and Selle San Marco Era.

I have one that my wife got me (as a joke) signed by it's rider. The saddle is cracked in several places and was ruined. The guy only weighs like 60kgs!
I have one on my main bike and it took me a while to get used to it. Now that it's broken in I like it, but I think I prefer the Paves (I have them on 2 of my other bikes).
