Not sure about US but I got mine from POSHBIKES in Kent, England - I specced the modification when I ordered the dereuiller from them they supplied me direct no problem

I just looked on their website. It says the plate is only to be used to replace the inner (near the wheel), not the outer one. Is this right???

yes, the outer carbon cages you have seen are stock campy.

My fibre-lite replacement plate only saved 2 grams. Expensive way to lose 2 grams :( However it does win style points :)

Hm, so you'd have to ride with the outer cage alloy and the inner carbon? Nobody's even going to see it...
