When you start bending uni around corners, nooks and crannies, it looks rather nasty. Also, uni has no protection against an impact where a fiber or group of fibers is cut loose, they can run like a stocking. when you have a weave, a loose fiber can only go as far as the next crossed fiber.
I will have a new frame process out in maybe March time frame. We might leave full uni on the lugs. I have not decided yet but they look pretty good on paper. Have to wait and see what the prototypes look like.
Felt F15 or Giant TCR Composite?
your frames are one piece construction? do you do custom work and sizing?
current generation is only custom and lugged. They have been compared to Parlee if you are looking for some idea of how they are built.
but let me clarify, when I say lugged, I don’t mean tube and lug glued together but rather lug created and laminated directly on the tube while in the jig. There is no “glue line” associated with c40, OCLV and other full carbon bonded frames.

have you tested any of your frames for stiffness and stw ratio?
Have not done that. I'd love to learn more about STW ratios. Got any links?
no sorry, just what info i got from storck, and the people on this forum, which have been very helpfull
