I used to see a lot of posts of Casran in the past years, he was very active and informative but now, it seems that he disappears.

Does anyone know what did happen, and also any news on what's up with him now?

Thx.

I think Adrian was WWOTY in 2007, his threw his toys out of the pram recently re a LEW wheels thread and said he wasnt coming back.

But there seems to be an interesting correlation between being elected WWOTY and then deciding not to post - LJ, Casran and Adrian have all gone the way of the Dodo I believe.

They all left because of the negative attitude.

For me the situation with Adrien was the worst. He got dragged into the LEW thread as if he was directly involved because he sells their rims as part of his wheelbuilds, but because of that some thought he was responsible for the actions or lack of them of Paul Lew. Utterly unreasonable.

I don't blame him leaving and this forum's that much poorer without him.

I agree KB, Adrien leaving has been a big loss for the WW forum.

allezkmiec - it says next to his name, banned.

I've no idea why, post hx doesn't give much away (except that he wasn't afraid to speak his mind  ).

If your curious you can just click on the user name profile & then view 'users posts'.

I think with doc ray you'll get the general trend of his posts being quite troll based in nature.

Fwiw it'd be cool if 'starter' came back, his posts always seemed to have a nice angle on them.

I was alluding to his nature in saying 'not afraid to speak his mind'.

And I too enjoyed Starter's posts. His show down with Starnut just about peeled paint off my office walls
