Recently one mechanic offered me some, he claimed that those rotors are 100g lighter than others, but I don't know the size.
They are pretty expensive!!!

I don't know either the price, but I will try to find it out in some days. But maybe it's not so expensive, because it is a large scale - what's expensive for me, that's normal for you, or something like that!

An Al rotor like Stans http://www.notubes.com/rotorsandbrakes.htm will be lighter than a Ti simply because dimensions are held and the densisty droped.

Stan also has pads to suit, and standard ones repotedly have squell problems on Ti rotors.

I know someone in Michigan who is making ti rotors and they are 120g lighter than the steel ones. He is sending me a pair next week to test out. You want to stay away from aluminum rotors (stans) because aluminum does dot dissipate heat well like steel and ti. The heat will transfer strait to the hub where you will ruin the internals of the hub. I have seen it done and its not nice. All of the bearings go bad. I will keep everyone posted on the rotors.

I found that those Ti rotors cost about 120$ and they weight about 100g less than any other steel!
