Family is happy I am done after 6 hours in the garage. Build list to follow as I have to write down all the weights. I decided to take a picture of every single item that went on the bike.

I echo Mathi's comments. It's a proper WW bike. 8)

Very nice Bman! We haven't been seeing too many light builds lately.

Very nice frame...it has a shape quite similar to Wilier Cento, isn't true?

I have only taken the bike out for 30 minutes in my jeans as a quick test ride. The saddle was comfortable with jeans on for 30 minutes so I am very sure that it will be fine with proper cycling shorts.

I am going to remove the stickers on the AC 350's to clean up the look a bit. Should save a bit of weight as well.

I was able to get some good pictures outside yesterday of the bars, front derailleur clamp and the saddle.

The frame, forks, bars, chainrings, top cap, spacers, cranks and saddle all match up very well which I thought was a bit of overkill but out in the sun yesterday, it looked really good.

Alright as a WW who is now almost complete his 6 project bikes (2 extra bikes are not really WW builds but get nice light parts for just hanging out) I think the only thing that I would really change about this build is maybe and that is a big maybe would be to get some RED brifters, RED rear derailleur and a Record front derailleur (tune the derailleurs a bit) and call it a day. The issue is that I am pretty much broke after all the builds so unless I can offload a lot of parts that are in the garage, I can not upgrade to the RED.

I think that going with the RED levers and rear would save me about 230g and the front Campy Record would save about 20g tuned for 250g weight savings.

That would put the build at around 5570g or 12.28 lbs but unless I can get some smoking deals on the three items, I think I will just call it a day and be happy with what I have now.

Very COOL!

Hows the shifting with cables routed like that?

Wow, there is a big BOO BOO in the brake pictures. I took them right out of the box and mounted them without checking them. HELLO STUPID

The pads are on the wrong side of the brakes. THANKS KCNC!

The pad holders should be open to the back of the bike at all time which in turn forces the pads to the closed part of the holder inturn not allowing the brake pads to maybe slide out and have no brakes. That is such a rookie mistake. I should have checked.

Such attention to detail and I missed that of all things.

KCNC brake pics removed till I learn how to install them correctly.

I am also curious to know how the shifting is.

The shifting is not a problem at all. I had it set up this way before on my last build and it is set up this way on my winter bike. Shifts great.
