I have never been exactly sure, do I have perfekt size frame for my body.
Does anyone knows what is the right size for 190cm tall men. Maybe someone has got some formula how to calculate the size of the frame.
And the same problem ocours with seat height and distance between seat and stem.

Any suggestions!

54-56 cm frame size at your tallness.

The common formula for MTB frames is the length from your crotch down to the ground x 0.66 - 8 to 10 cm.

How big is your current frame?

During summer I was riding Scott Team Racing XL size. It is about 55 cm.
But now, in winter, I'm riding 20.5 inches frame.

I feel better when I'm on a smaller frame (in hilly races), but in marathons biger frame is considered to be better (I guess).

Does it have some big matter, does it affects my results?

As long as you don't get any problems with your back, neck or knees and you feel faster than on a larger frame, everything should be fine.
