Bridgestone track frames
Cinelli (the old 'criterium' bars especially)
Teschner
Van Dessel
X-treme
Bont
I'm a bit biased on the last two but I've been very impressed after spending a bit of time on both.
Aren't the "Bridgestone" track frames made by Anchor?

Yep
I was under the impression that Anchor was no longer in existance. I haven't seen a Bridgestone/Anchor frame branded as Anchor in two/three years. Either way, very much under rated.
