I've no weight but this steel fork from Sniper Racing looks light:
WOW! That looks great! I was thinking about adding a rear disk brake to my bike, but I was just not sure how it would look, but if it looks half as good as the job you did I would be happy.

You could add a disk brake on your bike if you have disk tabs on your frame and fork. If it doesn't, you could purchase a adaptor for your frame and change your fork.
I do not advice this since it would make your bike heavier. The best thing you could do is purchase a new and lighter frame.
I'm sure that prize would go to the woundup disk fork...
