Why o why is it so silent out here? Are all the lite mtb's build yet?

It's a pitty all the road guys are posting more often then us! Are they more into getting their bikes at a low weight?

I would think the road guys are more into getting their rigs lighter as it benefits them more so than us (mtb) and they have more options than us also.

I´ll soon post my Epic. Just have to get it a little lighter first.

But yes, "silent, my friend, it is".

Think again nikh, it is exactly the opposite. Speed and slope variations are much greater in MTB than road. And since mountain rigs are usually heavier, there is more room to improve. This explains why it is so silent in here - everyone is busy searching for or making lighter and lighter parts ;-)

Ok, but imo theres so much more to discuss in the road section than MTB or maybe we just don't have enough people contributing to this section which is a shame?
