nice ride... interesting seatpost choice. although it looks nice at that height.
getting a non-integrated bar/ stem could make it lighter (could start with something like a Syntace F99/119), plus provide more options and adjustability.
you've got a good weight... so i'll second the advice of people here and get something slightly heavier but more performance-oriented over the Tufos. tires do determine a big part of ride quality, and that's what it's all about.

an easy way to drop weight on TCR frames is to get a different seat collar. when I had a TCR advanced I did that and it dropped a surprising amount of weight. just me 2 cents.

Do you know the collar size?
I'm sorry i don't remember. you can measure the inside of the seat collar to find out.
