Post subject: Kestrel 31.8 EMS SL Bars availability date???

I have seen mention of these bars on this forum. Kestrel has been vague in their response to this question(as in "spring 2003"). Just wondering if anybody has an idea of when they might be available. Thanks!

I e-mailed a guy at Kestrel. I removed his contact info (to protect the innocent).
