very cool!

May I suggest some red bartape as grips so the red color theme is also brought to the front of the bike and not only to the front hub.

Nice bike. But still no FD? You ride without one?. Because you also missing the shifter for the FD?

Why have gears you dont use? will remove the middle chainring in time..

I like rigid-fork mountain bikes: lighter, more efficient, and if rigid's good enough for cyclocross, it's good enough for most mountain bike use.

The tires don't look like commuter tires, however!
