Now that Oscar Pereiro has been named the 2006 Tour winner I have to ask about 1996 and 1997 Tours. Bjane Riis doped, Jan Ullrich doped, Marco Pantani doped and Richard Virenque doped.*

Do we now have new winners for those races as well (Laurent Dufaux and Abraham Olano respectively)?

*While some of these riders may not have been officially been caught with synthetics in their systems, self-addmissions and irregular blood chemistry led to their suspension from the sport.
